Running Routes

Visit our Toronto Running Club Strava page for times and routes. We run all year round. We run 3 times a week Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Additionally, we add a speed workout leading up to races.

TRC Monday 5K 6pm @NTMCC

Monday runs are beginner level runs. Various paces will be running so routes will be communicated and led by a TRC group members at the beginning of each run! Runs go through nearby neighbourhoods and paths to create fun energetic recovery runs.

TRC 10k Wednesday 6:30pm @NTMCC

Winter Route Maps

Starting in October

Winter routes are designed to use neighbourhood roads to offer a protected, well-lit runs that give us a variety of running challenges. Paces can very depending on the weather.

Summer Route Maps

Starting in April

Summer routes that make benefit of local paths, parks and ravines in and around North Toronto to see the scenery of the surrounding area. Paces can vary.

TRC 10k-15k Saturday 9am @NTMCC

TRC Saturday is a longer weekend run that will venture through various Toronto neighbourhoods beginning in the midtown area. Routes will change week to week and be communicated at the beginning of each run. The distance and pace of the Saturday run will depend on who attends. Be ready for a unique running experience each week!
